Here's the thing to keep in mind: glycopyrrolate is itself an anticholinergic, meaning it works by blocking acetylcholine to cut down on stomach acid and saliva. Henbane contains its own anticholinergic compounds (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, and atropine). So if you put the two together, you're essentially doubling up on the same kind of effect.

That stacking can amplify the usual glycopyrrolate side effects, things like dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a fast heartbeat, confusion, and overheating because you can't sweat normally. This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than firm studies, but henbane is genuinely poisonous on its own, so I'd steer clear of it entirely. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything like this.

Qbrexza (glycopyrronium) cloth is used to treat primary axillary hyperhidrosis — a condition where the underarms sweat excessively without a clear medical cause. It is approved for adults and children as young as 9 years old.

Qbrexza is applied directly to the underarm skin and is not approved for sweating on other parts of the body.
