What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains a single active ingredient: agmatine sulfate, a compound that your body naturally produces. There are no inactive or other ingredients listed.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence for agmatine isn't established yet in the data we hold. The product has been studied for alcohol use disorder, Alzheimer disease, anxiety, athletic performance, autism spectrum disorder, and bipolar disorder, but each of those carries a rating of insufficient reliable evidence.
That doesn't mean it doesn't work — it means the research so far isn't strong enough to say either way.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Short-term use of agmatine appears generally well tolerated. The most common side effects reported in small studies were diarrhea, indigestion (dyspepsia), and nausea — mild to moderate, and they resolved when people stopped taking it.
However, long-term safety in humans hasn't been well studied yet. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, there isn't enough safety data, so it's best to avoid use.
Talk with your doctor or pharmacist about whether agmatine is right for you in those situations.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Check this product against any blood pressure medications you take — agmatine may increase the risk of low blood pressure (Moderate severity). Also double-check diabetes medications before starting, since agmatine may raise the risk of low blood sugar (Moderate severity).
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Agmatine sulfate is a single-ingredient supplement generally well tolerated short-term, but it does interact with blood pressure and diabetes medications, so check with your pharmacist first if you take either. Long-term safety data is limited, and it's not recommended in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Formula
Muscle Feast AgmaPure Agmatine is designed to enhance nitric oxide production and improve nutrient delivery to muscle cells. It can boost endurance, as well as decrease recovery time. We have chosen AgmaPure Agmatine, because it is a unique green, high purity agmatine sulfate. It's produced by a natural biological process and away from the neurohazard impurity Arcaine, which exists in almost all the other brands of Agmatine Sulfate.

AgmaPure Agmatine Unflavored by Muscle Feast Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Muscle Feast's AgmaPure Agmatine is a single-ingredient powder that does interact with medications.
The biggest concern is with blood pressure drugs (antihypertensives): agmatine may increase the risk of dangerously low blood pressure (hypotension) when you take it alongside them. Animal research shows agmatine can lower both heart rate and blood pressure on its own.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
You'll also want to be careful if you take diabetes medications (antidiabetes drugs). Agmatine appears to have mild blood sugar-lowering effects, so combining it with your diabetes drug could theoretically raise the risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Altogether, these interactions span 255 individual medications. Before you start agmatine, run your exact blood pressure and diabetes medications through the interaction checker on this page.
