HelloPharmacist Scorecard of BrocColinate Extra Strength by NuMedica

Four independent checks of what is known — a summary of the available information, not a grade of the product itself.

Evidence for Intended Use
By FDA rules, dietary supplements can’t claim to treat, cure, or prevent disease — so labels speak in careful marketing language. We discern each product’s intended use from its name, label claims, and label statements, then grade the clinical evidence for that use. How these ratings are computed
Not assessable

The stated purpose hasn't been mapped to our evidence data yet.

Why this rating?
  • We haven't mapped this product's purpose to our evidence data yet — it'll be graded on the next content refresh.

Formula

BrocColinate Extra Strength contains high amounts of the heavily studied and multi-patented ingredients Sulforaphane Glucosinolate, found in broccoli and broccoli sprouts. For the first time in the industry, NuMedica is bringing you the this science-based ingredient in the highest potency available. BrocColinate Extra Strength contains Sulforaphane Glucosinolate 10%, which yields 60 mg of Sulforaphane Glucosinolate per capsule - double the potency of other available formulas. Sulforaphane Glucosinolate has been identified by many scientists as the strongest known inducer of Phase II enzymes. These Phase II enzymes have the ability to neutralize the chemical toxins, electrophiles and free radicals responsible for the initiation of carcinogenesis. Sulforaphane Glucosinolate activates the body's natural enzymes for detoxification and those with antioxidant properties, protecting cells from harmful free radical damage.
