Erase Pro Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Erase Pro against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Erase Pro contains three active ingredients. Two of them — Erase Pro Proprietary Blend and Dual Phase Modulation — are proprietary blends, so we can see their sub-components individually but not their exact amounts.
The third active ingredient is Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa bark extract), a plant extract used in traditional medicine. The product also contains inactive ingredients (gelatin capsule material, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, and FD&C Blue #1 color) that help hold the capsule together and make it stable.
Does it work?
Couldn't assess
The effectiveness data we hold for Cat's Claw shows insufficient reliable evidence to rate it for any of the conditions listed: allergic rhinitis (hay fever), Alzheimer disease, asthma, osteoporosis, cancer, or chronic fatigue syndrome. That means research on whether it actually works for these uses hasn't been established well enough to draw a firm conclusion.
We don't have effectiveness ratings on file for the other active ingredients in this product.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Cat's Claw is generally well tolerated in short-term use by healthy adults, but long-term safety hasn't been well studied. In one clinical trial of patients with advanced solid tumors, some experienced anemia (12%), along with lower counts of white blood cells and platelets (2% each).
A few case reports have linked Cat's Claw to kidney injury, though those involved people with existing health conditions or other risk factors. Headache, fatigue, insomnia, and nerve-related symptoms (neuropathy) showed up in small percentages of trial participants.
The safety data advises against taking Cat's Claw during pregnancy (it was traditionally used as an abortifacient) and while breastfeeding because there isn't enough safety information.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Erase Pro, double-check with your pharmacist if you take blood thinners (anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs), blood pressure medications (antihypertensive drugs or calcium channel blockers), drugs metabolized by CYP3A4 (a common liver pathway), immunosuppressants, or Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir). All of these have documented moderate interactions with Cat's Claw in this product.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with no assessable stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Erase Pro may be worth considering if you're looking into Cat's Claw for general wellness and you don't take blood pressure medications, blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or drugs that go through the CYP3A4 pathway. If you take any of those, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, talk with your pharmacist before starting.

Erase Pro by Physique Enhancing Science Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Erase Pro by Physique Enhancing Science contains Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa bark extract), which has documented moderate interactions with several medication types.
The most serious concern is with blood thinners (anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs) — Cat's Claw may increase your bleeding risk because animal research suggests its alkaloids can interfere with how your platelets clump together. This hasn't been reported in humans yet, but it's worth knowing before you start.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Cat's Claw also interacts moderately with blood pressure medications (antihypertensive drugs and calcium channel blockers) — it may lower your blood pressure further, raising the risk of dangerously low readings. Additionally, it affects drugs your liver breaks down via the CYP3A4 pathway (a major metabolic route for many medications) and may interfere with immunosuppressants used after organ transplants or for autoimmune conditions.
If you take Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir/ritonavir), Cat's Claw could speed up how quickly your body clears it, potentially making it less effective.
We couldn't check Boerhaavia diffusa root extract or Abieta-8,11,13-Trien-18-Oic Acid — no data is on file for those ingredients. Altogether, these interactions span 948 individual medications.
