GB-3 contains 3 active ingredients. Pancreatin is a digestive enzyme blend that helps break down food.
Black radish extract is derived from radish root, traditionally used for biliary and digestive support. Cholic acid is a bile acid that aids fat digestion and absorption.
The tablet also contains several inactive ingredients — microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium vegetable stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, and a film coating — which help hold the tablet together and make it easier to swallow.

How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Black radish is generally well tolerated in normal food amounts. However, concentrated radish supplements haven't been extensively studied for safety, and the facts advise caution with concentrated forms and unwashed raw sprouts.
Side effects from radish are uncommon but possible. A rare case of allergy (throat tightness and hives) has been reported.

Theoretically, radish might increase the risk of hypoglycemia when taken with antidiabetes drugs.
Animal research shows that radish extract, juice, and sprouts can reduce glucose levels. Animal research also shows that radish root juice 300 mg/kg reduces fasting and postprandial blood glucose in a rat model of diabetes, with effects similar to glibenclamide.
