Corn silk may cause low potassium and low sodium, especially with prolonged use. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Uva ursi, juniper, and stinging nettle should be avoided during pregnancy—uva ursi and juniper may stimulate the uterus, and stinging nettle is rated likely unsafe.
