Suggested usage: Adults and children age 4+ take 1-2 scoops daily blended in 4 oz. of cool to room temperature liquid or food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, start with 2 scoops daily for the first 4 to 12 weeks, then continue with 1 scoop daily for maintenance.

B. coagulans preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and B. coagulans preparations by at least two hours.
