Algal Oil
Algal oil is oil that is extracted from algae. The oil can be extracted from a variety of algae species, using a variety of methods, such as cold press extraction and solvent extraction. Algal oil is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA, which have been linked to a number of health benefits, including reduced inflammation and improved heart health.
