- Suggested use: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily. For cesarean section delivery women: Preferably start at least a week prior to delivery and continue for 10 days after delivery. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotic(s).

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Caution: As with any dietary supplement, consult a physician if taking prescription medications or if you have a medical condition.
- Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
