by Alchemy Labs
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking Tri-Ad Mass against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Tri-Ad Mass by Alchemy Labs
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
Tri-Ad Mass contains 4 active ingredients. Three of them are androsterone compounds—3-Alpha-Hydroxy-5-Alpha-Androstan-17-One, 3alpha-Hydroxy-17-Androstanone, and 3Beta-Hydroxyandrost-5-En-17-One—which are anabolic-androgenic steroids.
The fourth is 3,3-Diindolylmethane (diindolylmethane), a compound derived from cruciferous vegetables that may have effects on hormone metabolism. The product also contains inactive ingredients: rice flour, capsule shell, magnesium stearate, and a delivery system called Rocket Delivery.
Does it work?
Insufficient evidence
The evidence for androsterone in treating fatigue, sexual dysfunction, obesity, age-related low testosterone, and epilepsy is insufficient to rate—we don't have enough reliable data to say whether it works. The same applies to diindolylmethane for benign prostate enlargement, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical dysplasia, and breast pain: the evidence base is insufficient.
In short, the effectiveness of either ingredient for any condition listed has not been established in our data.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Androsterone is possibly unsafe when taken by mouth as an oral supplement. As an anabolic-androgenic steroid, it carries concern for serious side effects including heart disease and liver injury.
It is also a controlled substance illegal to sell as a dietary supplement in the United States. Diindolylmethane is generally well tolerated in short-term studies, though long-term safety is not well established.
Common side effects of diindolylmethane include diarrhea, gas, headache, nausea, rash, and vomiting. A rare serious side effect—a type of allergic rash called DRESS—has been reported.
One case of stroke was reported in someone taking diindolylmethane, though other factors likely contributed.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before taking Tri-Ad Mass, check with your pharmacist if you take any androgens (like testosterone), estrogen or hormone replacement therapy, water pills (diuretics), or medications metabolized by the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Additionally, be aware that the androsterone compounds in this product are controlled substances illegal to sell as supplements in the U.S., which raises serious legal concerns beyond drug interactions.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with insufficient evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.

Tri-Ad Mass by Alchemy Labs Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Tri-Ad Mass by Alchemy Labs contains ingredients with documented interactions affecting a substantial number of medications.
The most serious concern involves the androsterone compounds (3-Alpha-Hydroxy-5-Alpha-Androstan-17-One and 3alpha-Hydroxy-17-Androstanone), which are controlled anabolic-androgenic steroids illegal to sell as dietary supplements in the U.S. These carry a Minor interaction with other androgens like testosterone due to overlapping effects on androgen receptors.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Diindolylmethane, another active ingredient, has Moderate interactions with estrogens (hormone replacement therapy may be affected) and diuretic drugs (water pills that lower sodium), plus a Minor interaction with certain medications metabolized by the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Altogether, these interactions span 275 individual medications.
One ingredient, 3Beta-Hydroxyandrost-5-En-17-One, could not be checked against our data. Because this product contains controlled steroids, it carries serious legal and safety concerns independent of drug interactions.
Before taking this product, run your exact medications—especially any hormone-related drugs, water pills, or liver-metabolized medications—through the search tool below.

3,3-Diindolymethane
Diuretic Drugs
Theoretically, diindolylmethane might increase the risk of hyponatremia if used with sodium-depleting diuretics.
Large doses of diindolylmethane (600 mg daily) have been associated with two cases of asymptomatic hyponatremia in clinical research.
Estrogens
Theoretically, diindolylmethane might increase or decrease the effects of estrogens.
Diindolylmethane might have mild estrogenic or antiestrogenic effects. Theoretically, large amounts of diindolylmethane might interfere with hormone replacement therapy.
Cytochrome P450 1A2 (Cyp1A2) Substrates
Theoretically, diindolylmethane might lower serum levels of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro evidence suggests that diindolylmethane can induce CYP1A2. Theoretically, it might increase metabolism of CYP1A2 substrates and lower serum concentrations. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
3-Alpha-Hydroxy-5-Alpha-Androstan-17-One
Androgens
Androsterone, as an androgenic hormone, may interact with other androgenic drugs, such as testosterone, due to their similar mechanisms of action. Both androsterone and testosterone bind to androgen receptors in various tissues throughout the body, leading to similar physiological effects related to the development and maintenance of male secondary sexual characteristics. When taken together, these compounds can potentially amplify these effects, leading to an increased risk of androgenic side effects, such as acne, hair loss, and changes in libido. Additionally, combining androsterone with testosterone or other androgenic drugs may also affect hormone levels and balance in the body, potentially leading to hormonal imbalances or disruptions in the endocrine system.
