Tribulus terrestris is a whole plant extract — the aerial (above-ground) part — that's traditionally used in herbal medicine, mainly for sexual function. The capsule also contains gelatin and magnesium stearate as inactive ingredients that help hold the formula together.

For Tribulus terrestris, the evidence suggests it's possibly effective for sexual dysfunction — meaning there's some clinical support, though it's not conclusive. For athletic performance, the data shows it's possibly ineffective.
The evidence for benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate) isn't established enough to rate. Lecithin's evidence is sparse: it's rated likely ineffective for Alzheimer disease, and for other conditions like age-related cognitive decline and anxiety, there isn't enough reliable evidence to know whether it works.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Lecithin is generally well tolerated orally; the most common side effects are abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating, and nausea. If you have an egg or soy allergy, lecithin can trigger allergic skin reactions.
Tribulus is often well tolerated short-term in healthy adults, but long-term safety data is limited. Rare serious side effects have been reported with tribulus, including liver and kidney injury, seizures, and in one case report, lower limb weakness and acute kidney injury after consuming large amounts of tribulus water.
Do not use tribulus during pregnancy — the safety data advises against it because it may affect hormones. Avoid it while breastfeeding due to lack of reliable safety information.
Lecithin is likely safe in pregnancy and lactation.

Tribulus terrestris Whole Plant Extract
Antidiabetes Drugs
Taking tribulus with antidiabetes drugs might increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Clinical research shows that Tribulus can lower blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes who are taking antidiabetes medications.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, taking tribulus with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that tribulus can lower blood pressure by inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Tribulus has also demonstrated hypotensive effects in pre-hypertensive adults.
Lithium
Theoretically, tribulus might increase the levels and clinical effects of lithium.
Tribulus is thought to have diuretic properties. Due to these potential diuretic effects, tribulus might reduce excretion and increase levels of lithium. The dose of lithium might need to be decreased.
