Clinical
This is an over-the-counter oral tablet containing three active ingredients commonly combined for menstrual discomfort. Acetaminophen is typically used to reduce pain and fever, while pyrilamine maleate, an antihistamine, is commonly included to help relieve bloating and discomfort associated with menstruation. Caffeine, a central nervous system stimulant, is frequently added to such products because it may enhance pain relief and help counteract drowsiness. This product is marketed as an OTC monograph drug, meaning it follows established FDA guidelines for this drug category.
