Clinical
Major Earwax Removal Drops is an over-the-counter topical solution containing carbamide peroxide 65 mg/mL. This product is an OTC monograph drug, meaning it is marketed under FDA's established rules for earwax removal aids rather than as an individually reviewed new drug application. Carbamide peroxide is typically used to help soften and loosen earwax buildup in the ear canal so it can be more easily removed. The solution is applied as drops directly into the affected ear.
