🩺 Clinical
This is an over-the-counter kit containing two separate multi-ingredient formulations intended for daytime and nighttime sinus and cold symptom management. The daytime product contains acetaminophen (a pain reliever and fever reducer), dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant), guaifenesin (an expectorant to help thin mucus), and phenylephrine (a nasal decongestant). The nighttime product swaps out the decongestant for doxylamine succinate, a sedating antihistamine intended to promote sleep while managing symptoms. Both formulations are marketed under the FDA's over-the-counter monograph rules for this product category.

Kit / multi-component package
This NDC identifies a kit — a package containing more than one component. Structured data (pricing, ingredients, equivalents) is often reported per component rather than for the kit NDC itself, which can make this page look thinner than the components' own pages.
