🎯 Indications and Usage 21 words ▾

Uses This supplement is intended to support healthy bone development and maintenance in adolescents and adults, and may help prevent osteoporosis.

⏱️ Dosage and Administration 31 words ▾

Direction Adults and teenagers (18+ years): Take 2 tablets once or twice daily. Children aged 12-18 years: Take 1 tablet once daily. Children aged 8-12 years: Take ½ tablet once daily.

⚠️ Warnings 9 words ▾

Warnings Ensure that the included desiccant is not ingested.
