Interaction Deep Dive

Avoid concomitant use of sotorasib with a P-gp substrate where minimal concentration changes may lead to serious or life-threatening toxicities. In a clinical study, coadministration of sotorasib with digoxin (P-gp substrate) significantly increased sotorasib exposure. If coadministration is required, reduce the P-gp substrate dosage as appropriate1.
