Belladona Extract, Phenobarbital falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group 1,4-butanediol interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of 1,4-butanediol with CNS depressants may potentiate respiratory and CNS depression.
1,4-Butanediol is metabolized to gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Concomitant use of CNS depressants with GHB may cause serious CNS and respiratory depression.

Here's the simple version: the phenobarbital in Chardonna-2 is a barbiturate, which is a strong sedative that already slows your brain and your breathing. 1,4-butanediol turns into GHB in your body, and GHB does the very same thing. Stack two depressants like this and the effects pile on top of each other.

Together they can push you into heavy drowsiness, confusion, slurred speech, very slow or shallow breathing, and in a worst case, unconsciousness or stopped breathing. To be honest, I'd want you to steer clear of 1,4-butanediol entirely. It isn't a real supplement, it's a toxic chemical, and mixing it with phenobarbital is genuinely dangerous. Please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with this medication.
