Here's the thing about Avsola (infliximab-axxq): it's a biologic that works by quieting down an overactive immune system. That's exactly how it calms conditions like Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and psoriasis. Astragalus, on the other hand, is often taken to rev the immune system up. So in theory these two pull in opposite directions, and the worry is that astragalus could blunt how well Avsola controls your condition, possibly leading to a flare or worsening symptoms.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this concern comes from lab and animal studies, not real-world human data, so it's more theoretical than proven. Still, since Avsola is a serious medication for a serious condition, I'd play it safe. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding astragalus.
