Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Blood Irradiation Therapy interacts with.

Preliminary clinical research suggests that blood irradiation therapy might reduce platelet aggregation. Case reports also suggest that blood irradiation therapy may be associated with an increased risk of nasal bleeding. Theoretically, blood irradiation therapy might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the gist for streptokinase. It's a powerful clot-busting (thrombolytic) drug given in a hospital, usually for things like a heart attack or a serious blood clot. Its whole job is to break down clots, so bleeding is already its main risk.

The concern with blood irradiation therapy is that some early research and case reports suggest it might make platelets stickier in a bad way (less able to clump) and has been linked to things like nosebleeds. Stacked on top of streptokinase, the worry is more bleeding, such as bruising, oozing, or harder-to-control bleeds. Keep in mind this is theoretical, based on how each works rather than strong proof. Since streptokinase is given in an emergency setting, mention any light-therapy treatments to your medical team so they can watch you closely.
