Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Here's the thing about Streptokinase: it's a powerful clot-busting drug (a thrombolytic) given in the hospital during emergencies like a heart attack, a major clot in the lungs, or a stroke. Its whole job is to break apart clots, which already raises your bleeding risk on its own. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that, at least in lab and animal studies, seems to thin the blood a bit and slow clotting too.

So the worry is additive bleeding. Stacking these could, in theory, mean more bruising or harder-to-stop bleeding. Honestly though, Streptokinase is only used under close hospital supervision, so you wouldn't be self-dosing aconite alongside it. This concern is theoretical and based on weak evidence. Aconite is also genuinely toxic, so please avoid it and tell your care team about any supplement.
