Betrixaban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: Betrixaban (Bevyxxa) is a blood thinner that already lowers your blood's ability to clot. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that, at least in lab and animal studies, seems to make platelets less sticky and slow clot formation too. Stack the two together and you could, in theory, tip the scales toward easier bruising or bleeding, things like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest that this concern is theoretical and based only on animal and test-tube data, not real patient cases. But aconite is also a genuinely dangerous, poisonous plant on its own, so I'd steer clear and check with your pharmacist or doctor before using anything containing it.
