Antithrombin III falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Antithrombin III (Thrombate III) is a blood thinner you receive by IV. It works by naturally slowing down clotting proteins in your blood, which lowers your risk of dangerous clots. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that, in animal and lab studies, also seems to reduce clotting and slow platelets from sticking together.

So in theory, pairing the two could push your blood toward thinning more than intended, raising the chance of bruising, nosebleeds, or harder-to-stop bleeding. I want to be honest though: this is based only on early lab and animal data, not human studies, so it's a theoretical concern. Aside from this, raw aconite itself is genuinely toxic and dangerous. Please don't combine these without talking to your doctor or pharmacist first.
