Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Aconite interacts with.

Theoretically, combining aconite with other antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
Higenamine, a constituent of aconite, is thought to have antiplatelet and antithrombotic effects. In an animal model of thrombosis, higenamine inhibited platelet aggregation and reduced the size of thrombus formation.

Here's the short version: Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a strong IV blood thinner given in the hospital during procedures like a stent placement. It already works hard to keep platelets from clumping, so your clotting is intentionally turned down while you're on it. Aconite contains a compound called higenamine that may have its own mild platelet-blocking action, at least in lab and animal studies.

Stacked together, the worry is simply more blood thinning, which could mean easier bruising or bleeding. Keep in mind this is theoretical and based on animal data, not human studies. Honestly, aconite is dangerously toxic on its own, so I'd steer clear of it regardless. Always tell your care team about any supplement before a procedure.
