Choline Magnesium Trisalicylate falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Buchu interacts with.

Buchu contains pulegone, a known hepatotoxin. There is some concern that buchu may adversely affect the liver, especially when the leaf is used in large doses or the oil is ingested. Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage. Here's the gist: buchu contains a compound called pulegone that can be tough on the liver, especially in concentrated supplement doses or if the essential oil is swallowed. Trilisate (choline magnesium trisalicylate) is a salicylate pain reliever that, like other NSAIDs, can occasionally stress the liver on its own. Stacking the two together could, in theory, add up to a bit more strain on your liver.

I want to be upfront, though: this concern is theoretical and based on how these compounds behave, not on real cases in people. Still, watch for warning signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and let your doctor or pharmacist know before pairing them.
