Here's the simple version: Bisoprolol already works to lower your blood pressure and slow your heart rate. Coleus (and its active compound forskolin) may also gently relax blood vessels and nudge blood pressure down. Stacking the two together could, in theory, push your numbers a little too low.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, unusually tired, or notice your pulse running slow, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest, though: this concern comes mainly from animal studies and how these things work on paper, not from strong human research. It's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding Coleus, but please don't change your bisoprolol on your own.
