Here's the gist with this combo product. The aspirin half already thins the blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Some early lab research hints that dandelion root might do something similar, so stacking the two could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk a little higher. Think easier bruising, nosebleeds that linger, or a cut that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. This is based only on test-tube studies, not real people, so it may not amount to much in everyday life. Dandelion in food or tea is unlikely to be a problem; concentrated supplements are where I'd be more cautious. Don't change anything on your own. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before adding a dandelion supplement.
