Levomethadyl (Orlaam) is a long-acting opioid that was used to treat opioid dependence. Like other opioids, it slows down your brain and body, which can leave you drowsy, foggy, or short of breath. The concern here is simple addition: elecampane may have its own mild calming, sedative quality, so pairing the two could deepen that sleepiness or slowed breathing.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's a theoretical caution based on how the herb behaves, not solid human studies, so it isn't a guaranteed problem. Even so, Levomethadyl is a powerful opioid with serious heart-rhythm and breathing risks, so I'd play it safe. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them rather than deciding on your own.
