Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Flurazepam
Flurazepam falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Elecampane interacts with.
Elecampane might have sedative effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Flurazepam is a benzodiazepine sleeping pill, so its whole job is to calm down brain activity and make you drowsy. Elecampane, the herb you're asking about, may carry some mild sedating effects of its own. Put the two together and the worry is simple: their calming effects could stack up, leaving you more groggy, dizzy, or unsteady than you'd expect, especially the next morning.
I want to be honest about the strength of this concern. It's theoretical, based on how the herb behaves rather than real-world reports, so for most people it's a mild caution and not an alarm. Still, falls and oversedation are no joke. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

This page covers Elecampane only. If you take other supplements — a multivitamin, a sleep aid, something for joints — the Flurazepam page lists 99 supplements it has a documented interaction with, worst first, each one explained.
The most serious there right now: 1,4-butanediol (major), Activated Charcoal (major), Beer (major), Gamma-hydroxybutyrate (ghb) (major) and Grapefruit (major).
By severity: 8 major · 76 moderate · 15 minor.
From our pharmacist’s overview on the Flurazepam page
“Beer and wine sit at the top of this list for good reason. Alcohol taken with flurazepam (Dalmane), a long-acting benzodiazepine sleep medicine, can deepen sedation dangerously, a major-rated and well documented interaction.”
