Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Eucalyptus interacts with.

Theoretically, eucalyptus might increase the levels of CYP2C19 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that eucalyptus oil might inhibit CYP2C19, although this has not been reported in humans.

This combination pill (Soma Compound with Codeine) carries three actives: aspirin, the muscle relaxer carisoprodol, and codeine. The piece that matters here is carisoprodol, which your body relies on the liver enzyme CYP2C19 to break down. Lab and animal studies hint that eucalyptol, the main compound in eucalyptus oil, might slow that enzyme down. If that happened in people, carisoprodol could build up a bit, which might leave you feeling more drowsy, dizzy, or unsteady than usual.

I'll be honest: this is theoretical only and hasn't been shown in real patients, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Inhaling eucalyptus vapor rubs or lozenges is very unlikely to cause trouble. Still, since this medicine is already sedating, run any concentrated eucalyptus oil products past your pharmacist first.
