Aspirin, Meprobamate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Fo-ti interacts with.

Fo-ti has been linked to cases of acute liver failure which can decrease clotting factor production and increase the effects of anticoagulants. In one case, a patient who had been stable on warfarin presented with acute hepatitis and an INR elevated to 14.98. The patient had been taking fo-ti for 90 days prior to admission. Discontinuation of warfarin and fo-ti lead to a decrease in the INR and full recovery. Theoretically, concomitant use of fo-ti with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients. Until more is known, monitor patients taking fo-ti and drugs that affect bleeding.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), dipyridamole (Persantine), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

The product you're asking about combines aspirin (a blood thinner that reduces how well your platelets stick together) with meprobamate (an older anti-anxiety medicine). The interaction here is mainly about the aspirin side. Fo-ti has been tied, in a handful of case reports, to liver injury. Since your liver makes the proteins that help your blood clot, a stressed liver can tip you toward easier bleeding, and aspirin already nudges you in that same direction.

So the worry is additive: more bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or rarely stomach bleeding. This is anecdotal evidence, not proven, so don't panic. Still, it's worth running past your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially since Fo-ti and your liver deserve watching.
