Pazopanib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Fucus Vesiculosus interacts with.
In vitro research shows that fucoidan, a constituent of Fucus vesiculosus, inhibits CYP3A4. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist: your body clears pazopanib (Votrient) using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab studies suggest that fucoidan, one of the compounds in bladderwrack, may slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, pazopanib could build up a bit, which might mean more of its known side effects, things like high blood pressure, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea, or changes in liver tests.
I want to keep this in perspective, though. This is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube research, not anything reported in actual patients, so it's rated minor. Pazopanib is a serious cancer medicine, so before adding bladderwrack (or any iodine supplement), please run it by your oncologist or pharmacist first.

In vitro evidence suggests that a constituent of Fucus vesiculosus, known as fucoidan, has anticoagulant effects. However, in clinical research, fucoidan does not seem to have significant anticoagulant activity when taken orally, possibly due to poor absorption.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the simple version: bladderwrack contains a compound called fucoidan that, in a test tube, can act like a mild blood thinner. Pazopanib (Votrient) isn't a classic anticoagulant, but it's a kinase inhibitor that can already raise your bleeding risk on its own. So the worry is that stacking the two might add up to a little more bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums.
The good news is this concern is very theoretical. In actual human studies, fucoidan taken by mouth doesn't seem to thin the blood much, likely because the body absorbs so little of it. I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since you're on a cancer therapy, please run any bladderwrack supplement by your oncologist or pharmacist first, partly because of its iodine content too.

Pazopanib tablets — sold as the brand Votrient and as generic pazopanib — are used to treat two types of advanced cancer in adults: advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC), the most common form of kidney cancer, and advanced soft tissue sarcoma (STS) in patients who have already received prior chemotherapy.
Important limitation: Pazopanib has not been shown to work in adipocytic soft tissue sarcoma (a subtype involving fat cells) or in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs), so it is not used for those cancers.
