Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Beclomethasone dipropionate
Beclomethasone dipropionate falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Galacto-oligosaccharides (gos) interacts with.
Human and animal studies suggest that GOS may stimulate the immune system. This could theoretically alter the effects of immunosuppressant medications.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the honest picture for your Qvar or QNASL. The concern on file is that GOS, a prebiotic fiber, may gently nudge your immune system, and that could in theory work against medicines meant to calm immune activity. But this is rated as theoretical only, based on how things behave in lab and animal studies, not real-world reports.
What makes this even less of a worry: beclomethasone is an inhaled or nasal steroid that works right at your airways or nose, with very little reaching the rest of your body. So a gut fiber is unlikely to weaken its asthma control or your breathing relief. The main thing GOS might do is cause some gas or bloating. Still, run it by your pharmacist before starting, just to be safe.

About Beclomethasone Oral Inhalation
What Is Beclomethasone Oral Inhalation Used For?
Brand names: Qvar, QNASL
Beclomethasone dipropionate HFA inhalation aerosol (brand: Qvar Redihaler) is used for the ongoing, daily management of asthma in adults and children 5 years of age and older. It is a preventive (maintenance) therapy — not a rescue inhaler — meaning it helps control asthma over time rather than treating sudden symptoms.
Important: Qvar Redihaler is not for the relief of sudden asthma attacks or acute bronchospasm. Always keep a separate fast-acting (rescue) inhaler on hand for those moments.
