Propiomazine falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Gamma Butyrolactone (gbl) interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of GBL with CNS depressants may potentiate respiratory and CNS depression.
GBL is metabolized to gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB). Concomitant use of CNS depressants with GHB may cause serious CNS and respiratory depression.

Let me be straight with you first: GBL is not a supplement. It is a toxic solvent your body turns into GHB, a heavy sedative that can cause coma, seizures, and death on its own. It is illegal to sell or take for human use, and there is no safe dose.

Propiomazine (Largon) is a sedating phenothiazine that already slows your brain and breathing to help with sleep or to calm you before a procedure. Stack a powerful nervous-system depressant like GHB on top of it and those effects can pile up. That means deeper drowsiness, very slow or shallow breathing, low blood pressure, and the real danger of stopping breathing or not waking up. This warning rests on case reports, not strong studies, but the risk is serious enough that you should never combine them. Please talk with a doctor or pharmacist.
