Zilucoplan falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Greater Celandine interacts with.

Preliminary clinical research suggests that taking a specific semi-synthetic derivative of the greater celandine constituent chelidonine (Ukrain; not available in North America) might stimulate immune responses in cancer patients. Theoretically, taking greater celandine might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy. Immunosuppressant drugs include azathioprine (Imuran), basiliximab (Simulect), cyclosporine (Neoral, Sandimmune), daclizumab (Zenapax), muromonab-CD3 (OKT3, Orthoclone OKT3), mycophenolate (CellCept), tacrolimus (FK506, Prograf), sirolimus (Rapamune), prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone), and other corticosteroids (glucocorticoids).

Here's the thinking behind pairing greater celandine with Zilucoplan (Zilbrysq), which is a daily injection that quiets down part of your immune system (the complement pathway) to treat generalized myasthenia gravis. The concern is a theoretical one: greater celandine may nudge the immune system to be more active. Since Zilucoplan works by doing the opposite, the worry is that the herb could work against it and blunt your control, meaning more muscle weakness, drooping eyelids, or trouble swallowing could creep back.

I'll be honest with you, this is based on pharmacology and lab reasoning, not real studies with Zilucoplan, so it's far from certain. The bigger red flag is that greater celandine itself has caused serious liver injury. I'd steer clear of it and check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding anything.
