Here's the basic idea: guar gum is a soluble fiber that turns into a thick gel in your stomach and gut. That gel can grab onto things you swallow and slow how fast they get absorbed into your bloodstream. With a pill you take by mouth, the result is usually a slower or somewhat weaker effect, not a stronger one.

I do want to be honest with you, though. Methoxyamphetamine (PMA) is not a medication. It is a dangerous, illegal stimulant linked to severe overheating, dangerous heart rhythms, and deaths, and there is no safe way to take it. Fiber timing isn't the real concern here.
