Here's a helpful detail about Natamycin (Natacyn): it's almost always used as a medicated eye drop or eye ointment for fungal eye infections, not as a pill you swallow. The interaction we have on file talks about guar gum slowing the absorption of oral medicines, like metformin or penicillin, when they pass through the stomach and gut together.

Since natamycin is applied directly to the surface of your eye, guar gum fiber in your digestive tract really shouldn't affect it. The two simply don't cross paths. If you ever use an oral antifungal alongside this, that's a different conversation.
