Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir
Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group Guar Gum interacts with.
Clinical research shows that guar gum reduces or slows absorption of medications such as penicillin and metformin. To avoid changes in absorption, take guar gum 30-60 minutes after oral medications.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: guar gum forms a thick gel in your stomach and gut, and that gel can grab onto pills and slow or reduce how much your body soaks up. With Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir), getting a little less absorbed isn't the kind of side-effect problem you'd feel right away. The bigger worry is that this is a hepatitis C cure regimen, and steady, full drug levels matter for clearing the virus. Lower absorption could, in theory, make the treatment work less well.
The evidence here is moderate and based mostly on other drugs like metformin, not Vosevi specifically. To stay safe, separate them by taking guar gum well after your dose, and please confirm the timing with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing the two.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Sofosbuvir, Velpatasvir, Voxilaprevir page
“Vosevi (sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, and voxilaprevir) cures hepatitis C over a single short course, and that is exactly why I would be genuinely careful with supplements while taking it. Anything that drags its blood levels down can cost you the cure itself.”
