Vincristine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Guggul interacts with.

Theoretically, guggul might reduce the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that guggul constituents known as guggulsterones can induce CYP3A4.

Vincristine is a chemotherapy drug given by IV, and your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. The active compounds in guggul (guggulsterones) appear to speed that enzyme up. In theory, that could clear vincristine out of your body faster and leave a little less of it working against the cancer. The bigger worry with any chemo is making sure you get the full intended effect, so anything that lowers its level deserves caution.

One important point: this concern comes only from lab and test-tube studies, not from people, so the real-world impact is uncertain. Still, with cancer treatment I'd play it safe. Please don't start or stop guggul on your own. Talk with your oncologist or pharmacist first so they can weigh in.
