Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICONVULSANTS — the group K2/spice interacts with.

Theoretically, K2/spice might increase or decrease the effectiveness of anticonvulsant drugs.
Some animal research suggests that certain types of synthetic cannabinoids found in some K2/spice products can potentiate the effects of anticonvulsants. However, seizures have also been reported with inhalation of K2/spice.

First things first: K2/Spice is not a supplement, it's plant material sprayed with lab-made synthetic cannabinoids. It's unpredictable and has been tied to seizures, racing heart, psychosis, and even deaths, so honestly there's no safe way to combine it with anything. Your medicine here contains phenobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the brain and helps prevent seizures, along with belladonna.

The concern on file is mostly theoretical, based on animal studies. It could go either way: some synthetic cannabinoids may boost phenobarbital's sedating effects (more drowsiness, slowed breathing, confusion), while K2 itself can actually trigger seizures, which works against your medicine. That mix is genuinely risky. Please don't use K2, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist about any concerns.
