Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Warfarin
Warfarin falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Kinetin interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version on mixing kinetin with warfarin. Warfarin is already a powerful blood thinner, and it has a narrow safety window, so even small extra nudges in either direction can matter. The concern here is that lab and animal studies suggest kinetin may slow platelets and lengthen bleeding time. Stacked on top of warfarin, that could in theory tip you toward easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or harder-to-stop cuts.
I want to be honest about the evidence though: this is based on test-tube and animal research, not real human cases, so it's mostly theoretical. Kinetin is also used mainly as a topical skincare product, and skin use is much less likely to reach your bloodstream than swallowing it. Still, since warfarin is involved, please run any kinetin product past your pharmacist or doctor before using it, and don't change your warfarin on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Warfarin page
“People take warfarin to prevent dangerous clots, and many are the same people reaching for glucosamine for sore joints or a multivitamin containing vitamin K, which makes this a list that deserves genuine respect. About Kinetin
What is Kinetin?
- Anti-aging skincare
- Skin smoothing and texture
- Reducing skin dryness and roughness
- Evening skin tone
- Cosmetic moisturizing
Kinetin is a plant growth hormone (a cytokinin) used mainly in topical anti-aging and skincare products, not as an oral dietary supplement. Early laboratory research and small studies suggest it may help skin texture and hydration, but high-quality human evidence is limited. If you want to try it, use it as a cosmetic skin product and check with a pharmacist or dermatologist, especially if you have sensitive skin.
About Warfarin
What Is Warfarin Used For?
Brand name: Warfarin
Warfarin sodium tablets and Jantoven tablets are both used to prevent and treat venous thrombosis (blood clots in the veins) and pulmonary embolism (a clot in the lungs). They are also used to prevent clot-related complications in people with atrial fibrillation (an irregular heart rhythm) or who have had a heart valve replaced.
In people who have had a heart attack, warfarin is used to reduce the risk of death, another heart attack, stroke, or other clotting events. It does not dissolve an existing clot, but it helps prevent the clot from growing and stops new dangerous clots from forming.
