Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Krill Oil interacts with.

Theoretically, krill oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Taking high doses of omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil can modestly decrease platelet aggregation. Since krill oil also contains these fatty acids, taking high doses of krill oil might also inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, taking high doses of krill oil with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bleeding. However, the omega-3 content of krill oil is much lower than that of fish oil.

Here's the practical picture. Cangrelor (Kengreal) is a strong IV antiplatelet drug given in the hospital, usually during heart procedures like stenting, to keep platelets from clumping and forming clots. Krill oil supplies omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) that, in higher doses, can also make platelets a little less sticky. Stack the two and you could, in theory, nudge up the risk of bleeding or bruising.

That said, this is a theoretical concern based on how these work, not strong real-world data, and krill oil's omega-3 content is much lower than fish oil. Cangrelor is also given by your care team in a controlled setting. Still, let your doctor or pharmacist know you take krill oil so they have the full picture.
