Iloprost falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Krill Oil interacts with.

Theoretically, krill oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Taking high doses of omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil can modestly decrease platelet aggregation. Since krill oil also contains these fatty acids, taking high doses of krill oil might also inhibit platelet aggregation. Theoretically, taking high doses of krill oil with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might increase the risk of bleeding. However, the omega-3 content of krill oil is much lower than that of fish oil.

Here's the thing about iloprost (Ventavis): besides relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, it also makes your platelets a little less sticky. Krill oil contains omega-3 fats (EPA and DHA) that can gently do the same thing at high doses. So when you stack the two, the worry is a small added nudge toward easier bleeding or bruising, things like nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or marks that show up more readily than usual.

I want to keep this in perspective, though. This is a theoretical concern based on how the two work, not solid proof, and krill oil has far less omega-3 than regular fish oil. For most folks it's a minor issue. Still, since iloprost already affects platelets, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding krill oil, especially at higher supplement doses.
