Here's the simple version: ketazolam (Loftran) is a benzodiazepine, so it already works by calming your nervous system, which can leave you feeling drowsy, relaxed, or a little foggy. The concern with lemon verbena is that it may add a mild sedative push of its own. Stacked on top of ketazolam, that could mean more sleepiness, slower reflexes, or feeling unusually groggy.

I want to be straight with you about the evidence, though. This is based on animal research using a related medicine (diazepam), not human studies, so it's largely theoretical. A cup of lemon verbena tea is unlikely to cause trouble, but concentrated supplement doses are where I'd be more cautious. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
