Dutasteride, Tamsulosin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Lemongrass interacts with.

Theoretically, lemongrass might decrease the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates.
Animal research shows that lemongrass and its constituent citral inhibit CYP3A4.

Jalyn is a combo pill, and the tamsulosin part is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lemongrass (mainly its citral) has been shown in lab and animal studies to slow that same enzyme down. In theory, if that enzyme works slower, tamsulosin could hang around longer and build up a bit. That might mean more of its usual effects, like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, a stuffy nose, or feeling faint.

Here's the reassuring part: this is only theoretical, based on animals and test tubes, not people. The small amount of lemongrass in cooking or a cup of tea is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated supplements or the essential oil are where I'd be more careful, so check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
