Striverdi Respimat (olodaterol) is a long-acting bronchodilator you inhale to keep the airways in COPD open. Your liver partly clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Lemongrass, and its lemony compound citral, may slow that enzyme down a bit. In theory, that could let a little more olodaterol linger in your system, which might nudge up its typical side effects like a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, shakiness, or a mild headache.

Here's the reassuring part: this concern comes only from lab and animal studies, not from real people, so it's quite theoretical. The small amount of lemongrass in food or an occasional cup of tea is unlikely to matter. If you're considering concentrated lemongrass capsules or the essential oil, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
