Adagrasib falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ligandrol interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In case reports, patients were diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing ligandrol.

Here's the concern with combining these two: both Ligandrol and Adagrasib (Krazati) can be hard on the liver. Adagrasib, a cancer medicine used for certain lung tumors, is already known to raise liver enzymes and can occasionally cause real liver injury. Ligandrol has its own track record of liver problems, shown in case reports of people taking SARM products. Stacking two liver stressors together may add up.

To be fair, this is rated as anecdotal evidence, so it's more of a reasonable caution than a proven event. Still, Adagrasib alone needs careful liver monitoring, so adding an unapproved, banned substance like Ligandrol isn't worth the risk. Please loop in your oncology team before mixing anything with it.

About Adagrasib

What Is Adagrasib Used For?

Brand name: Krazati

Krazati (adagrasib) is used to treat adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that carries a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12C mutation. It is used as a single agent for NSCLC after at least one prior treatment, and patients must be confirmed to have this mutation by an FDA-approved test.

Krazati is also used in combination with another drug called cetuximab to treat adults with KRAS G12C-mutated locally advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who have already been treated with specific prior chemotherapy regimens. Both uses were approved under the FDA's accelerated approval program based on tumor response data, and continued approval may depend on results from confirmatory trials.
