Here's the concern with pairing these two: methyltestosterone is one of the few oral steroids known to be hard on the liver. It's an oral, 17-alpha-alkylated androgen, which is exactly the chemistry tied to liver stress, including elevated liver enzymes, cholestasis (a backup of bile), and in rarer cases liver tumors or blood-filled cysts. Ligandrol has its own track record of liver injury reported in case studies.

So the worry is simple addition: two products that each can tax the liver, stacked together, may raise the risk of liver trouble. This is theoretical and based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so I won't overstate it. Still, watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual fatigue, and please talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
