Here's the concern with pairing these two. Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is a SARM that has been tied to liver injury in real-world case reports. Choline magnesium trisalicylate is a salicylate pain reliever, and like other salicylates it can stress the liver too, especially at higher doses. Put them together and you may stack two liver burdens on top of each other.

To be upfront, this is mostly theoretical and based on scattered anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so don't panic. Still, watch for signs like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, nausea, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Ligandrol altogether since it isn't an approved supplement. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
