Here's the concern with mixing Ligandrol (LGD-4033) and Elotuzumab (Empliciti): both can be tough on the liver. Ligandrol, which is an unapproved SARM, has been tied in real case reports to liver injury. Elotuzumab is an antibody given for multiple myeloma, and treatment regimens like this can also stress your liver. Stacking two liver-stressing things together may add up.

This worry is mostly theoretical and based on anecdotal reports, not strong studies, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, watch for signs like yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness. Honestly, I'd steer clear of Ligandrol entirely while on cancer treatment, but please check with your oncologist or pharmacist before changing anything.

About Elotuzumab Injection

What Is Elotuzumab Injection Used For?

Brand name: Empliciti

Empliciti is used to treat multiple myeloma (a cancer of plasma cells in the bone marrow) in adults who have already tried other treatments. It is always given as part of a combination regimen — never alone.

Empliciti combined with lenalidomide and dexamethasone is used in adults who have received one to three prior therapies. Empliciti combined with pomalidomide and dexamethasone is used in adults who have received at least two prior therapies, including lenalidomide and a proteasome inhibitor.
