Here's the simple version: both of these can be tough on your liver, so using them together may stack up that stress. Methotrexate is well known for raising liver enzymes, and with long-term use it can lead to liver scarring. Ligandrol, a SARM that isn't approved for use, has been tied to liver injury in real-world case reports. Put them side by side and you're potentially doubling down on the same risk.

To be honest, the evidence here is thin and mostly anecdotal, so this is more of a caution than a sure thing. Still, methotrexate already calls for routine liver bloodwork, and adding an unapproved product like Ligandrol isn't worth the gamble. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing the two.
